Last weekend I was apart of a charity card afternoon. Our aim was to make as many cards as we could to support the Chicks in Pink… a group that helps and supports women with breast cancer. My friend and downline Sherri was one of the main organisers of the event and I went along to help teach some ladies how to make some cards.
So here we are in action!! We both designed some simple cards and then showed the ladies how to make them. Our aim was for everyone to make at least 2 of each of the cards. These are the cards that I designed. They were all made using retired products that I was happy to donate to the cause.
At the end of the afternoon we had mad a whopping 300 cards!! They will be sold at the Mater hospitals at South Brisbane and the Redlands and all money will go towards helping breast cancer patients.
Cheers
Chrissie
