Playing Around

Today I was playing around with some of my new toys from Stampin’ Up! and made this card.

I had been making a card using the I {Heart} Hearts stamp set that wasn’t really working out how I planned when I decided I would make a St Patrick’s Day card…not that we really celebrate St Patrick’s Day! LOL!!

I stamped the polka dot heart 3 times in Old Olive and added some Old Olive ribbon for the stem. I also added a Very Vanilla button for the centre of the shamrock. I layered the card onto some Pumpkin Pie card and then ran my Old Olive card base through my Big Shot using the Polka Dots impressions plate. I finished the card off with a greeting from the Occasions for All set.

So…here it is. I think it is kind of cute!
