Ocean Commotion

Well the new Summer Mini catty is here and it is just fabulous!!! So when I had a class to plan for my friends at school... I knew I had to choose one! But which one??? I decided on Ocean Commotion as it is just sooooo pretty.

For the first card, I used Close to Cocoa, Not Quite Navy, Bashful Blue and Whisper White. We stamped the seahorse in cocoa, then cut him out and mounted him on a bashful circle, a navy scallop and then a white circle. We used the seaweed stamp to create a background. We used the navy marker to edge white ribbon and joined the medallion with some hemp twine.

This second card I cased from my upline Kim. I changed the colours to Groovy Guava and Wild Wasabi. We stamped the fish and cut it out and then stuck it to the seaweed using dimentionals.

The last card I designed using a favourite layout of mine. We used Lovely Lilac and Basic Black. We stamped the picture images in lilac and then punched them out using the 1 1/4" square punch. We then used the spiral punch to create the filmstrip look.
The ladies had a great time making these cards. I hope you like them too!
Cheers
Chrissie
