Pretty Petals

On Sunday night I had some quiet time by myself... the kids were in bed and my DH went to bed early. I was loitering at SCS and going through the gallery when I found some fabulous cards that I just had to case.

I just LOOOOVVVE this card. I got the original idea from Suen. I changed very little. I used the Polka Dot and Petals set withe Chocolate Chip cardstock and ink, Very Vanilla cardstock and Whisper White craft ink. I have also used Cream organza ribbon (retired) and the 2 oval punches.

I also cased this card from Jenn. I have changed absolutely nothing about this card... I loved it so much! I have used Soft Sky and Blue Bayou cardstock and ink as well as Certainly Celery ink and Whisper White cardstock. I also used the Soft Sky double stitched ribbon.

I love both of these cards... they are sooooo different but they use the same set! It is amazing how versatile one set can be!

These look wonderful - I love how they are the same stamp set yet so different too!

There's an award for you on my blog by the way :)

Am looking forward to our coffee day one day! Am still getting over this bug but when I do I will let you know, okay?

Have a lovely day.

These are just lovely Chrissie.
My favourite thing about SU stamp sets is their versatility and you've just proved it yet again.
