Good Bye Miss Treena

Ok... so first up... sorry it has been such a long time since my last post! I have been flat out at work, had sick kids and me too and I have been busy with 2 classes within 2 weeks of each other (and another one on this Saturday) But I have heaps to share and will do so in the next few days!

My DD's teacher aide leaving our school after 15 years to move north to a "small" mining town. I have know Treena for the past 12 years and she is just the loveliest lady I know. She always has a smiling face and a great outlook on life. I am going to miss her terribly... so I thought I sould make her a going away gift.

I used So Saffron and Rose Red cardstock as well as the DSP palette of prints that were available last month from SU. I used lots of different stamp sets and dragged out my Sizzix machine to make titles. It made Miss Treena cry... and say that it was too beautiful to put photos in.

Thanks for looking,
Chrissie

Hi Chrissie! Love your scrapbook--the colors provide great contrast, and the layout is so crisp, clean and inviting :-) Is this a 6"x6" book?

Yes it is a 6x6 album... it is probably a little too small to do a lot of photos this way... but is a great size to give as a gift.
