I sat down with the stamp set and quickly made these 3 cards.
What I love so much about these cards that they are good for the males in our lives....big and small alike. And you can use any colour combinations to suit the occasion.

In March my DD turned 10. I really don’t know where the years have gone! It just seems like yesterday she was born!!
When she asked me what kind of card I was going to make for her, I said I didn’t know but if she wanted to pick some colours I would make one using them. My DS also wanted me to make a card for him to give to his sister…so I had 2 to make!
Can you guess what her favourite colour is? Do you think she is fond of bling? LOL
The first card is the one I made for my son to give! I did use a little bit of retired products on it but it just added to the pinkness of the card!
The second one is the one from me and her dad!
Needless to say she loved them and they are still displayed on her duchess!!

Three years ago when Stampin’ Up! had their big colour change, they told us then that they would be making some changes to the colour families every 2-3 years…well that time has come! To keep up with the colour trends, some of the colours are going, some are staying and some are coming back! I for one, am very excited!!I love new things and I was feeling sad at the thought of losing some of my favourite colours….I really didn’t want to say goodbye to Calypso Coral and Pool Party!! And now I don’t have to!
Simply click here to see how the new colour collections are going to look. I know you are going to love them!
And remember that once the retiring colours are out of stock in the warehouse, then they will be available no more. You can order on line here or contact me to place your order for you.

These are the projects that we made for Easter. A bunny basket using the oval framelits, a circle treat cup flower, a chicken card using the owl punch and a carrot triangle box.
We spent Easter Sunday with my sister so I made these Easter tubes. I so love the chickens made with the owl punch!
